Available payment methods:
- Over the counter (in-person)
- Credit card (visa, master) and MPU via redirect 2C2P payment gateway.
- Direct bank transfer (bank deposit, internet banking,chaque) which will be provide by our sales team once the order has received.
Software License Activation Date
After applicant have made payment, applicant will receive phone call and email from NIFM sales team member for confirmation and collection of documents within a business day of the date of sold. After successfully done the confirmation, within 3 business day license action or serial number key will be sent from email.
Cancellation by applicant:
Applicant can cancel the order before the confirmation process, Nova Info Tech Myanmar will refund process to applicant according to the amount they paid.
Renewal Billing Cycle:
All the software license renewal will be carried on with the annual billing cycle. Before expiration date of any purchase product (eg. hardware warranty or software licenses) Nova Info Tech Sales team will contact you for renewal confirmation.
Eligibility:
- A Foreign or Myanmar company incorporated under Myanmar Law;
- A Regional Office or Education registered under Myanmar Law;
- A society registered pursuant to Myanmar Law;
- A foreign embassy;
- A foreign office approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
- *Applicant needs to provide company registration certificate copy from DICA.
Cancellation by Nova Info Tech
the official confirmation, document collection or security checking is failed at any point Nova Info Tech technical team will cancel all the applicant order. And if applicant has already made payment, sales team will continue to refund to the applicant according to the amount that they paid.
